Your account and your work

Ritorio provides AI image and video tools through third-party model providers. You must be at least 18 and keep your account access secure. Upload only material you own or have permission to use. You retain your rights in your inputs; permissions for outputs depend on the selected provider’s terms and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, fraud, deceptive impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or attempts to bypass model safeguards. Obtain the necessary permission when editing an identifiable person’s likeness. We may restrict abusive use or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Credits and generation

Monthly plans renew at €19, €49 or €99, including applicable VAT, until canceled. Each paid renewal adds the advertised credit allowance. Unused monthly credits expire one calendar month after their billing period ends. Prepaid top-ups are optional and remain usable without a subscription. Cancel through billing to stop the next renewal. The paid period continues until its end. Model credit costs are shown before generation; confirmed failures release credits, subject to the original allowance expiry. Successful outputs are charged even if you dislike the result. Historical purchases retain their original currency.

Refunds and purchase questions

Contact support for unused-credit refunds, duplicate payments, or generation billing errors. We review the payment and usage record before processing an adjustment. Refunded or disputed purchases may remove associated credits or restrict further generation. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or refund rights.

Availability and output review

AI results can contain errors and are not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or suitable for a particular use. Review your outputs before publication. Model availability can change and processing can be delayed. Download copies of work you need to retain; storage limits are shown in the studio.
